Earlier this month Donald Trump declared, “There is great unity in my campaign, perhaps greater than ever before.”
Someone forgot to tell New Mexico Republicans.
At a party unity rally and town hall Tuesday in Albuquerque hosted by the Republican Party’s vice-presidential nominee, one Republican voter stood up to ask Gov. Mike Pence his thoughts on Gov. Susana Martinez who has refused to attend these events or mention Donald Trump by name.
“She’s a great governor,” Pence replied. The crowed booed and the response garnered, “vast jeering among several hundred fellow Republicans,” reported NBC News.
